The X'Trapolis train (also written as X'TRAPOLIS) is a newly developed electric passenger train, designed by the transport technology company Alstom.

Around 59 of the 3-car trains are currently in operation on the suburban railway network of Melbourne, Australia. Several of them were given names, after people, places, or named by schools. They are: the Croydon West, the Don Corrie, the Flash, the Flinders Flyer, the Iramoo, the Melbourne Rocks, and the Westernport. The last X'Trapolis was introduced to service in Melbourne on the 17th of December 2004. It ran a special trip from Flinders Street to South Kensington and back to mark the event.
