The Vrbas is a major river in western Bosnia and Herzegovina.
It is a right tributary of the river Sava. The town of Banja Luka is located on the river banks.
It lent its name to one of the banovine of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, the Vrbaska banovina (meaning "banovina of Vrbas").
