Tutu

In Polynesian mythology (Samoa), Tutu was the first man to live on Tutuila.
In New Zealand botany, the name tutu refers to a poisonous berry-bearing shrub (Coriaria arborea ).
A tutu is also a type of frilly skirt often worn as dancewear in traditional ballet.
In Sumerian, Assyrian and Babylonian mythology Tutu was one of the Anunnaku.
In Hawaii, Tutu means 'grandmother', and is used for any respected, older woman. More informal than Kahuna.
Desmond Tutu is a Nobel Peace Prize laureate, South African cleric and activist.
