Steve Sansweet is the director of content management at Lucasfilm and the owner of world's largest private collection of Star Wars items and author of several books on the topic. He lives in Sonoma County, California.

Career

Sansweet was born and educated in Philadelphia. He studied at Tempe University , majoring in journalism. He worked as a reporter and later as the chief of Wall Street Journal's Los Angeles bureau. In 1996 he joined Lucasfilm as director of apecialty marketing. He is currently director of content management and in charge of fan relations.
