Stephen Baskerville holds a Ph.D. from the London School of Economics. He is a Professor of Political Science at Howard University in Washington, DC.
He is the President of the National Congress of Families and Children , one of the leading father's rights organization in the United States. He is an advisor to the Men’s Health Network , and spokesman for Men, Fathers, and Children, International , a coalition of 12 fatherhood organizations from 9 countries. He also serves on the board of affiliates of Gendercide Watch , a human rights organization that monitors gender-selective atrocities.
Baskerville is the author of numerous professional articles, books, and book chapters. As a political activist, he gained fame for his articles in Liberty Magazine . The most famous of these articles is The Myth of Deadbeat Dads.
