Spyros Achilleos Kyprianou (or Cyprianou) (October 28, 1932 – March 12, 2002), Cypriot political figure.

He was the first Cypriot foreign minister 1960-1972; founder of the Democratic Party (Cyprus) 1976, President of Cyprus 1977-1988, speaker of the Cypriot house of representatives 1976-77, 1996-2001. He signed high level agreements with Rauf Denktash in 1979, agreeing on certain guidelines towards a bizonal bicommunal federation in Cyprus.
