Son Ye-jin (Born 11 January 1982, Daegu, South Korea) is currently one of Korea's most famous actresses. After graduating from the Flim Art Department, Seoul Institute of the Arts, Son made her debut in the MBC drama Sweet Propose in 2001, and also later went on to flims. The flim The Classic, and alongside with the 2003 KBS drama Summer Scent, co starring Song Seung-hun, brought her widespread fame all over South Korea and abroad.
