Shanti Snyder is a Japanese/French lyricist/singer/songwriter, frequently appearing with her father (Tommy Snyder ) in the band "Snyder’s Market ".
Shanti has appeared with such artists as Maaya Sakamoto, Mickie Yoshino , Kuwata Keisuke, Crystal Kay, Origa, Genta , Hiroshi Matsuda , Yoko Kanno, Ike's Band , and Scorpion Death Funk .
Ms. Snyder is also a frequent lyricist and vocalist for commercials under the CM label GRAND FUNK Studio , recording songs and narrations for businesses such as Coca-Cola, Tokyo Disney Resort, Xerox and more.
Adding to her repertoire, Shanti is a serious painter, poet, and photographer, as well as guitarist and pianist. She’s also a strong advocate against AIDS, she reads to children in libraries, and loves to garden.
