Schwabing is a neighborhood in the northern part of Munich, the capital of Bavaria, Germany. Schwabing is popular among tourists and locals for its collection of bars, clubs, and restaurants. Another popular attraction is the Englischer Garten, or English Garden, one of the world's largest public parks.

Since Munich's largest university, Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU), can be found in Schwabing a student housing area called "Studentenstadt" can also be found in the area.
