Roy Jacobsen (born september 21 1954) is a Norwegian author. He debuted in 1982 with the short-story collection Fangeliv. He lives in Oslo. He has been nominated to the Nordisk Råds litterature prize for the novels Seierherrene in 1991 and Frost in 2004.
