Pottsylvania, in the fictional universe defined by Jay Ward's The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show, was a country in Eastern Europe whose interests were generally understood to be hostile to those of the "free world".

The geography of Pottsylvania is indeterminate. In some maps it appears to be a peninsula, in others a coastal state or completely landlocked.

The government of Pottsylvania was headed by a uniformed dictator known only as Fearless Leader. Boris Badenov and Natasha Fatale were Pottsylvanian secret agents tasked to "get moose and squirrel."
