• Officer of the Order of the British Empire, distinction of honour.
• Ontario Board exam , examinations need to be passed in order to graduate high school in Ontario.
• Stand for Out-of-body experience.
• In software, it can stand for Open Back-End.
• Off-budget enterprise
• It is also an acronym for Overcome By Events . Example: The plan that was in place is not longer useful. It was OBE.
