The National Democratic Congress is a political party in Ghana, founded by former president and dictator Jerry John Rawlings.
At the last elections, 7 december 2004 , the party won 94 out of 230 seats. Its candidate, John Atta Mills , came second in the presidential elections with 44.6 %.
