M. Athar Tahir is a civil servant in Pakistan, who writes poems in English language. He also tried his fortune in painter and also has written many books on different subjects. Being a part of the powerful Pakistani bureaucracy, he got chances to publish his books, exhibit his paintings and study at Oxford, University of Pennsylvania and University of South California , USA.
