In the Star Trek fictional universe, Admiral Lori Ciana was a flag officer in Starfleet. She was briefly married to fellow admiral James T. Kirk. While on a trip to the Enterprise to visit him, she was killed in a transporter accident.

Admiral Ciana was only identified by name in the novelization of Star Trek: The Motion Picture, and as such would not normally be considered canon. However, since Gene Roddenberry himself wrote that novelization, her existence can be considered official.

She was played by Susan Sullivan in the film.
