Lennox "Boogsie" Sharpe (born 1963) is one of the all-time great composers and arrangers for the steelband. Sharpe began his career with Starlift where he worked as a co-arranger with Raymond Holman . He is most strongly associated with the Phase II Pan Groove Steel Orchestra , a band he has taken to the Panorama finals repeatedly.
