The Lady O' Goodwood Cup or Goodwood Cup is a Group 2 United Kingdom flat racing horse race for three year old and above horses run over a distance of 2 miles at Goodwood Racecourse during late July / early August (worth £100,000 in 2004).

It was first run in 1812 and was originally over a distance of 3 miles but was shortened over later years.
