In the Star Trek television series, Kruge was a Klingon commander with a grudge against James T. Kirk. He attempted to kill Kirk on the Genesis planet, but was instead killed by Kirk. The last words he heard were from Kirk "I...have had....enough of...you". The crew of the starship Enterprise stole his Bird-of-prey and took it to Vulcan where McCoy named it the HMS Bounty.
