Keisei Electric Railway

The Keisei Electric Railway (京成電鉄 Keisei Dentetsu, Keisei Dentetu) is a major private railway in Chiba and Tokyo, Japan. It connects Tokyo with Narita including a station at Narita International Airport, as well as the eastern suburb cities (Funabashi, Narashino, Yachiyo, and Sakura).

Their lines are the Main Line, Chiba Line, Chihara Line and Higashi Narita Line.

Keisei runs an airport express train called the Skyliner.

History

The name "Keisei" is a contraction for "Tokyo and Narita." Keisei was founded on June 30, 1909.
