Julian William Hendy Brazier (born July 24, 1953) is an English politician, and Conservative Party member of Parliament for Canterbury. He is a Shadow Minister for International Affairs, and has been an MP since 1987.

In February 2002 he was convicted by an Italian court for driving on the wrong side of the road, thus causing an accident that killed someone.
