Joseph C. Phillips (born January 17, 1962) is an American actor.
Phillips played Martin Kendall on the NBC sitcom, The Cosby Show from 1989 to 1991. Additionally, he portrayed Justus Ward on the ABC soap opera, General Hospital from 1994 to 1998.
