James M. Beck

James M. Beck (1861-1936), was a Solicitor General of the U.S. who was called to the English bar. He was to argue a case for the U.S. before the Privy Council. No foreign barrister had ever been permitted to do so before. He served as Congressional Representative from Pennsylvania.
