Ismael Zambada García (born 1948) is an alleged Mexican drug-lord. Zambada-Garcia is a native of the state of Sinaloa. His nickname is El Mayo, and he has used several aliases.

According to the DEA, Zambada García is a member of what the organization calls the Mexican Drug Trafficking Federation.

Authorities believe that an operation known as Operation Trifecta, where 240 people were arrested, will eventually force him to change his operating methods.
