Intercessory dance

Intercessory dance is most commonly undertaken in the Christian faith, when dance is entered into as a spiritual exercise, with the intention of allowing communication between the Holy Spirit and either the dancer or people watching. This communication is for the purpose of expressing various forms of human need to God, and sometimes also of allowing Him to reply.

There is no specific training required for this kind of dance, the only prerequisites being a Christian faith and a willing spirit.
