Hyperion Records is an independent British classical record label. It was set up Edward Perry in 1980 to record early work from the twelfth century. The label is named after Hyperion, the Titan of Greek mythology.
According to the news page of their website, they have been sued by an editor of works by Michel Richard Delalande, and the courts have found so far in the editor's favor.
