High can refer to a number of different things:

• Physical place above something, in altitude or elevation.
• A large number or percentage of a certain item, such as a high unemployment figure.
• It can refer to the state of a person being intoxicated by drugs.
• A meteorological high pressure area, a region where the atmospheric pressure is greatest with relation to the surrounding area.
• Also, it can refer to the wealthy or purportedly more sophisticated part of a culture, for example, "high society ".
• A shortened form of high school, as in Fast Times at Ridgemont High.
• "The High" is the High Museum of Art at the Woodruff Arts Center in Atlanta, Georgia.
