Hans Georg Conried, Jr. (April 15, 1917 - January 5, 1982) was a comic character actor and voice actor born in Baltimore, Maryland.

Contrary to popular belief, his name at birth was not Frank Foster Conried, but rather as stated.

His inimitable growl and impeccable diction were perfectly suited for portraying comic villains and other mock-sinister or cranky types.

His most important single year was 1953, in which he played major roles in three films listed below.
