Hakuhodo (博報堂) is Japan's second largest advertising agency with gross sales of approximately 7000 hundred million yen.

The company started in October 1895 as a wholesale distributing agent of education magazines. In October 2003 the company became part of the Hakuhodo DY Holdings after merging with other companies.
