Glauber Rocha is a Brazilian director, actor, and writer. He was born March 14 1938 in Vitória da Conquista , Brazil and died on August 22 1981 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He also studied law. His movie trilogy Barravento in 1962 and his movie Antonio das Mortes in 1969 won international prizes.
