Georgia 4-H

4-H was founded in 1904 by G.C. Adams in Newton County Georgia as the Girls Canning, and Boys Corn Clubs.

Known nationally for its Clovers and Company performing group, and Camping Program Georgia 4-H is funded by the University System of Georgia

Competitions

Georgia 4-H has many competitions to choose from these range from animal and consumer judging events to animal and talent exhibitions.


Camping

Georgia 4-H has 5 separate camps each with its own camping program these are *Camp Rock Eagle located in Eatonton, Georgia and known as the largest youth center in the world

In 2004 Camp Fortson was officially opened to replace camp Truit-Fulton
