Euro Disney SCA is the quasi-governmental company devoted to maintaining and managing the Disneyland Resort Paris in France.
Owned 49% by The Walt Disney Company and 51% by the French government, it takes care of Disneyland park, Walt Disney Studios park, the Disney Village shopping district, and the seven on-site Disney hotels.
It was founded in 1989 by Disney as a way of getting through loopholes in French law that would of otherwise stopped the Resort from being built.
