Elliot Anthony Morley (born 6 July 1952) is a politician in the United Kingdom. He is Labour Member of Parliament for Scunthorpe, and is a junior minister. He served as Fisheries Minister from 1997 to 2003, and was seen as an unpopular figure by fishermen. He is now Minister for Environment and Agri-Environment.
