Doug Lawrence (still unknown but rumored that he is born on October 11, 1956 in Lake Charles, Louisiana) is the voice of evil yet power hungry Plankton from the children's tv series SpongeBob SquarePants and the voice of Filburt in Rocko's Modern Life. He is also a standup comedian, cartoonist and a TV writer-director. He is a writer and producer on the tv series Johnny Talk .
