Donna Marie Christian-Christensen, also known as Donna Christian-Green (born September 19, 1945), is the non-voting Delegate from the United States Virgin Islands to the United States House of Representatives. She was born in Teaneck, Monmouth County, New Jersey, and attended St. Mary’s College , Notre Dame, Indiana and George Washington University School of Medicine, Washington, D.C.. She was a physician, then served as medical director for the St. Croix Hospital, St. Croix, Virgin Islands. She was the commissioner of health for the Virgin Islands and a delegate to the Democratic National Conventions for the 1984, 1988 and 1992 elections. She worked as a television journalist, and then was elected as a Democrat to the House, serving from January 3, 1997, to the present.
