Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu

Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (also sometimes simply referred to as "Deloitte") is one of the Big Four auditors and the second largest professional services firm in the world, after PricewaterhouseCoopers. Previously known as Deloitte & Touche, it was formed by merger of Touche Ross and Deloitte Haskins & Sells in August 1989. Its global headquarters are located in Manhattan, New York City.

The names in the company title refer to William Welch Deloitte , George Touche , and Admiral Nobuzo Tohmatsu.
