Chris Davies (born July 7, 1954) is a Liberal Democrat politician in the United Kingdom.

He won a by-election in 1995 to the Littleborough and Saddleworth constituency to replace the deceased Geoffrey Dickens , but lost the seat at the 1997 general election. He was elected as a member of the European Parliament for the North West England constituency in 1999.
