Charles Martinet is the instantly recognizable voice of Mario, the star of Nintendo's flagship franchise. He also voices supporting characters Luigi, Wario, and Waluigi. Working for Nintendo since 1996, Martinet has voiced Mario since his 3-D debut in Super Mario 64, and is one of the unsung heroes in Mario's immense popularity.

He also provided the voice of Fox McCloud in the English version of Star Fox 64. This is the only time he voiced Fox as different actors were selected for the sequels.
