Athletics
Chaminade is extremely proud of the rich tradition of athletic success that we have built over the years. Chaminade teams have finished in the top four of Missouri State High School Activities Association competition 44 times, including 16 State Championships.
Over the past three years, Chaminade teams have excelled in several sports and the overall success of the athletic program rivals that of any school in the state. During the 2001-02 school year, Chaminade won the State Championship in Cross Country and Soccer; finished in the top four in swimming, golf and tennis; went to the quarterfinals in basketball; and won district championships in football and baseball. The Soccer team was also named National Champions as they finished the season with a 31-1 record.
During the 2002-03 school year the Soccer team again won the State Championship and swimming, golf and tennis again brought home final four trophies while the basketball team captured another district championship. In 2003-04 we celebrated a State Championship in Golf and saw final four finishes in soccer, swimming, and tennis, as well as another quarterfinal appearance by the basketball team.
